He worked in production planning, logistics and management within General Motors–Delphi and the Fiat group. Since 2009, he has shared his hands-on lean transformation experience through consulting, training and coaching across a range of industries.

With over 20 years of experience at Nestlé, Delphi and Aka Automotive, she has worked in factory transformation and continuous improvement. Combining her experience in Nestlé Türkiye and Europe with internal coaching and training, and her ongoing psychology studies, she addresses both process improvement and team development.

With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in production and logistics, Murat Torun specialises in the Toyota Production System (TPS) and World Class Manufacturing (WCM).

He spent 10 years in production logistics at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Türkiye, serving as a team leader and group leader. He then contributed to the establishment and commissioning of TürkTraktör’s Erenler plant, working for seven years on layout planning, material flow, workforce planning and shop-floor team development.

Since 2020, Torun has provided hands-on consulting to industrial companies, focusing on improving production and warehouse processes, reducing losses and establishing sustainable working standards.
